The CompTIA CySA+ (Certified Cybersecurity Analyst) course is a vendor-neutral certification that covers the knowledge and skills needed to configure and use threat detection tools, perform data analysis, and interpret the results to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to an organization’s security. The course also covers incident response and management, as well as the communication and reporting skills needed to work effectively with the security team and other stakeholders. The CySA+ certification is intended for IT professionals who have at least three to four years of hands-on experience in security operations and want to advance their careers in cybersecurity.

The CompTIA CySA+ exam consists of 85 multiple-choice questions. The exam is timed for 165 minutes, and the passing score is 750 out of 900 possible points. The questions on the exam are designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge and skills in the areas of threat management, vulnerability management, and incident response.
